High Security Switch
The HARCO MAGNASPHERE® HSD overcomes the vulnerabilities of Triple Balanced Mangetic switches (BMS) based on reed switch technology. The HSD features the most robust resistance to external and internal magnetic defeat tampering available, ensuring the highest level of intrusion protection for the most sensitive areas of your facility.
Precision built to aerospace sensor standards, the patented HARCO MAGNASPHERE® HSD incorporates Magnasphere's award winning switch technology which resists high voltage discharge contact weld failure and does not have a minimum sensor actuation gap. This greatly simplifies installation and reduces false signals as a result of sagging of the mounting surface. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use on any type of mounting surface. It works with any control panel that accepts dry contact inputs. The end of line (EOL) resistors can be integrated into the HSD thereby reducing installation time, errors and providing for enhanced security.
